英语演讲比赛感想

简单说说这次演讲比赛吧。我们两个二等奖是并列第二名，自己还是比较满意的。只不过比赛结束倒是被我们英语老师批评了。让我自己最不满意的就是命题演讲部分，连我自己演讲的时候都觉得自己没有什么感情，像是在背书一样；好在即兴演讲部分（就是现场抽题，现场演讲）把我的分给我挣回来了。

记得以前给大家介绍过，我们学校在上学期的时候，派出的参加重庆市英语演讲比赛的选手因为突出的成绩，代表重庆市参加CCTV杯英语演讲比赛。这次学校也举办了一个英语演讲比赛，目的当然是为了给下一届参加重庆市英语演讲比赛选择选手。

　　由于受到上一次英语朗读比赛三等奖的鼓舞，所以这次我也报了名参加演讲比赛。

　　过程和上次一样，顺利进入决赛。当然，最后结果是不一样的，这次比上次也算是“更上一层楼”吧，这次得了二等奖。一等奖被上一届重庆市演讲比赛的第四名拿走了。其实到现在我也在不平，怎么你们上届比赛的“前辈”还要和我们这些大一的“后辈”们PK，这不是不给年轻人机会吗？这不是摧残年轻人信心吗？

　　哈哈，开个玩笑的,其实人家参加比赛无可厚非的。她的加入还增强了我们整体的水平呢。再说人家实力是没的说的，如果有机会代表学校参赛也是提高学校的成功概率。

　　这次比赛将会从专业组和非专业组中各选取前三名的选手组成一个“强化班”，最终从专业组和非专业组中各选取一个选手代表学校参赛。

　　最后就是前面提到的得了个二等奖。

　　那么下面发上这次我命题演讲的演讲稿，演讲的话题是“Better city, better life”。我的演讲题目是People's faith, cities' soul.

　　I can still remember my trip to Tibet last summer. When I met a group of pilgrims on my way, they were singing an old song. I got off my car and took photos with them. In our talk I knew that they started their journey from western of Sichuan province and bring nothing with themselves. At that time, their journey had lasted for half a year. When they felt hungry, they begged for food, at night they lived under the eaves of others’. Such kind of life may be very tough in many people’s eyes, but when I stayed with them I felt that their life was filled up with happiness, because they thought the Buddha was staying with them.

　　That group of pilgrims is vey poor materially, but they thought they had a wonderful life. Now I want to ask: “Is it real that better material life equal to better life?”

　　For the so-called better material life, we choose our majors with the standard of whether we can find a good job; for the so-called better material life, we thrown away many chances to stay with our families; for the so-called better material life, we are building more and more skyscrapers so that our city can be looked richer; for the so called better material life, we try our best to make our city crowded, in this way, our city will be looked better.

　　Today we have a much better life than we used to have, but why we felt unreal more often? Because we lost our faith.

　　It doesn’t mean that only have a religion faith can we drive away the sense of unreality in our hearts. But we must know what we need in our lifetime!

　　What is better life? In my opinion, better life for a person means the person fighting for his faith every second.

　　Someday when we want to apply for a job because we really love it not for its salary, we hold our faith; someday we can be optimistic even in hardship, we hold our faith; someday when we care about what we learn rather than what we get or lose, we hold our faith.

　　If everyone lived in cities can make his lifetime like this, our lives will be better.

　　To be a slave of life or enslave your life; is a problem.

　　Well, what about better city? Better life means people living with their faith, more citizen of a city have their faith, the city will be better. Because the city is filled up with real souls not unreal bodies.

    其实如果单从“作文”的角度上来看的话，这篇文章我觉得写的还是不错的。可是可能由于太过于“感性”了，等到自己演讲的时候，自己反而觉得没有激情了。

　　第二轮即兴演讲我抽到的题目是“Many empolyers tend to favor applicants with relevant work experience. If you were a new graduate without any work experience, how would you convince a prospective employer to make you an offer of a job?”

　　由于是即兴的演讲，没有演讲稿的，演讲内容更我从整理。这部分内容我的观点是“很多毕业生之所以很难找到工作不是因为他们能力不好，其实他们很多人在学校对于自己的专业都学的很不错，只是他们缺乏自信，他们不知道如何把自己的自信表达给面试官知道......”
