【摘 要】进入21世纪后,随着经济的全球化和科学技术的飞速发展,仓储问题已经受到越来越多的国内外企业的重视,特别是近些年来第三方物流企业的逐渐兴起,许多企业都将仓储业务外包给专业的第三方物流公司,把精力放在自己的核心业务上。本文以对北京盛世华人物流有限公司的考察为背景,针对仓库内部布局不合理、货物码放凌乱、库存管理不利等问题,通过对仓库功能的分析与界定,提出了仓库货区应采用横列式布局为主、纵列式布局为辅的综合布局方式,并根据货物周转率的计算及比较结果,确定货物的码放方案,利用ABC库存控制法对库存进行有效管理。
本文的研究目在于通过对北京盛世华人物流有限公司仓储管理的现状分析,了解我国中小型物流公司的仓储发展现状,希望问题的解决方案能对该公司起到一定的实际意义,并为我国中小型物流企业的发展提供一些借鉴。毕业论文http://www.751com.cn/

Entering into the 21st century, with the economic globalization and development at full speed of science and technology, the warehousing problem attaches more and more importance to the enterprises at home and abroad. Specially ,three part logistics enterprises are come into being gradually, many business enterprises all wrap the logistics business to outside professional of the third square the logistics company, put energy on own core business.This article’background is Beijing Sheng Shi Chinese logistics enterprise ,the questions includes:layout of warehouse unreasonably,put away of goods upside-down, inventory management unreasonbly and so on . According to analyses the function of warehouse, suggest rank’s layout first and longitudinal layout second , in terms of inventory turnover ratio makes certain goods’ location, make use of ABC inventory management controls stocks effectively.
The goal of this article is which analyses warehouse management of Beijing Sheng Shi Chinese logistics enterprise recently, know about warehouse development of middle logistics enterprises in China, hope solution of questions can help enterprise development in recently, and give some suggests for some middle logistics enterprises in China.
