提高广东电动工具厂技术管理水平之研究
摘 要
在这次论文选题中,笔者研究的角度是企业技术障碍对产品销售情况的影响。企业在同行业的技术水平的高低是一个直接决定企业是否可以生存,是否可以发展的关键因数。企业的核心生产技术更是企业在同行中战胜对手,赢得竞争优势和市场的最主要武器。
首先,笔者通过调研分析,总结了广东电动工具厂有限公司的产品存在如下质量问题。第一:拳头铝壳产品常有机壳烂故障;第二:几乎每个产品都有短路的故障;第三:优势产品扫齿故障;第四:主要产品有拖底故障。
其次,笔者从以上的产品质量问题出发,多方面的深入调查与分析,得出了产品的质量问题主要有如下的技术障碍造成的。这些技术障碍是:1、生产技术实力不足。 2、产品价格偏高。3、产品开发与改进的技术实力不足。4、产品质量问题不小,企业形象受损。5、生产技术落后造成原材料过度浪费,导致生产成本升高。
再次,笔者通过深入的调查和分析,得出了导致该厂产品销售量下降的主要技术障碍,那就是产品开发与改进的技术实力不足。
最后,经对广东电动工具厂有限公司生产技术存在的种种障碍的研究,笔者得出了一些消除生产技术障碍的方法。第一:要管好产品研发与改进过程控制;第二:完善技术部的激励机制;第三:建立技术档案储备;第四:零部件的发外加工等等解决问题的思路,希望公司能参考与尝试运用这些思路去解决当前面临的技术问题,促进销售增长,提高公司利润,赢得发展空间。

Abstract
In this thesis topics, the author stud'es from the standpoint of the technological obstacles to the sale of products affected. Enterprise in the industry's level of technology is a direct decision whether or not to survive, Can the key factor. The core technology is the production enterprises counterparts beat his opponent, and gain a competitive edge and the most important arms market.

Secondly, the author sets off from the above product quality problem , many-sided thorough investigation and the mass problem having analysed , reaching a product have mainly as follows the technology obstacle brings about. That these technologies hinder are: 1st : Technology strength is insufficient . 2nd : the product price is partial to height.3rd : the product develops and the technology strength improving is insufficient. Product quality problem is not small. Fourth : enterprise image is derided. Fiveth: Backward production technology caused excessive waste of raw materials led to increased production costs.
Thirdly, the author has passed thorough investigation and analysis , has reached the technology strength deficiency leading to the main technology obstacle being factory product sales volume's turn to come down , being that the product develops and improves.
Last, by Guangdong Electric Tool Works Limited production technology of the obstacles, the author reached the elimination of some of the technical barriers to production methods. First : to manage product development and improvement of process control; 2nd : Perfecting the technology department of the incentive mechanism; Third : the establishment of reserves technical files; 4th : Parts of the outside processes, and so on problem-solving ideas, hope that the company will consider and attempt to use these ideas to resolve the current technical problems, and promote the growth of the sales, increase corporate profits, win the space to develop.
