摘    要
20世纪90年代后，发展循环经济己经成为国际社会的基本趋势，人们越来越意识到发展循环经济的必要性与迫切性。循环经济是一种全新的经济发展模式，是充分考虑了人与自然之间和谐关系的可持续发展模式。不论是发达国家还是新兴的工业化国家，都把发展循环经济看作是实施可持续发展的重要途径和形式。本文通过对邯郸市誉皓实业有限公司（以下简称誉皓实业 ）的循环经济发展模式进行分析，结合誉皓实业本身的情况，找到一条适合誉皓实业的循环经济发展路径。
