In this paper, the theory of training management Yongnian PICC on the company's training system was studied. 摘    要
从中国加入WTO之后,我国市场进入全面开放,国际知名的保险巨头都纷纷登陆中国市场,竞争环境有了很大的变化,中国保险业在发展的过程中竞争日趋激烈。随着市场经济及企业管理的不断完善,有越来越多的公司企业开始认为人力资源是公司企业经济发展最重要的资源。
本文运用培训管理的相关理论对永年人保财险公司的培训体系进行了研究。首先对企业员工培训的有关理论一一介绍,其次是从永年人保财险公司的培训现状入手,经过各种相关培训理论的基础之上,针对永年人保财险的培训现状,指出公司目前的培训需求分析、员工培训计划、等方面的问题,提出本人对永年人保财险建立培训体系的建议和对策。包括培训制度、培训需求分析、制定员工培训计划、员工培训效果评估、加强职业生涯管理。关键词:员工培训;培训体系;永年人保财险
