某农机公司主要生产2种农用拖拉机。其中,生产拖拉机所需要的主轴、变速器、发动机、轮胎和卷轴分别由不同的外部供应商提供。为了达到物流畅通、降低成本和提高效益的目的,现初步建立了包括7种原材料(主轴、变速器、发动机、轮胎1、轮胎2、轮胎3和卷轴)、5个供应商、1个工厂、2种拖拉机、3个分销中心和4个顾客区的柔性供应链系统,并使用进化规划方法进行优化,确定出不同柔性条件下的生产规模、分销中心数量和在顾客区的分布以及供应链总成本,最终决策出最佳的供应链柔性和供应链结构。
根据对农机公司年生产实际的模拟,得到供应链模型的输入变量值为:

上述各种产量的量纲为万台,成本的量纲为万元。选择生产柔性的权重w2=0.5,分销柔性的权重w3=0.5。采用进化规划计算[6],选择种群规模m=20,采用随机方法产生初始个体,参数初始设定为 , ,直接采用目标函数作为适应度函数。ε先取0,检验柔性值W,结果W值不满意。适当增大ε,导致柔性和成本随之增加,如果成本增加幅度超过柔性增加幅度,那么最优结果已经得到。计算结果如表1。

仿真结果表明,当供应链柔性指数从0增大到0.16,供应链柔性的优化结果从0.08增大到0.24,总成本从113.6020万元增加到135.9077万元, 增加幅度较小。这说明供应链柔性的增大导致了较小幅度的成本增加。
为进一步分析柔性对供应链成本的影响,特绘制了供应链成本变动曲线,如图1。曲线逐渐变陡的趋势也表明,供应链总成本对柔性水平的敏感程度在增强,因此供应链柔性指数是有一定极限的。在本例中,柔性指数极限ε为0.17。
