摘要 资金是企业从事生产经营活动的基本条件，充足的资金是企业正常运作的前提，要建立科学的融资制度必须要有先进的融资理论作为指导。但是我国融资理论研究很少从企业的角度考察企业融资行为的特征和分析企业融资行为扭曲的原因，更缺乏对企业战略融资行为的分析与研究，这就使得企业对融资研究有了更加紧迫的需求。本文通过对企业融资的含义、融资目的、融资原则、融资渠道、融资方式、融资环境分析、企业资金需求量预测和融资成本等融资理论进行介绍，再运用融资理论对新疆华隆有限公司的实际案例进行分析。通过对公司情况的分析，将公司先进的融资制度加以推广，找出融资存在的问题并加以改良，使此次的分析研究成果最终运用到企业的实际生产中，指导企业制度的优化和企业健康、快速的发展。
