淮安旅游竞争力评价及提升策略研究

摘要:本文参考了前人的研究成果,并结合被评价市域的具体情况,构建了一个包括3个二级指标、9个三级指标以及35个四级指标的旅游竞争力评价指标体系,然后运用层次分析法,选取南京、徐州作为淮安对比的对象,对淮安旅游竞争力进行对比评价研究,得出以下结论:1.淮安综合旅游竞争力,远远落后于南京,与徐州也不在一个层次上。2.淮安与南京、徐州在旅游竞争业绩竞争力差距最大,在旅游环境支持力竞争力差距最小,旅游竞争潜力竞争力差距在上述两者之间。3.淮安发展旅游业的技术人才条件、旅游企业条件、旅游资源条件、旅游经济基础和旅游基础设施条件等与南京本文来自辣'文^论.文~网,加7位QQ324,9114找源文、徐州劣势明显,在旅游自然环境和旅游其他条件差距不大。在此基础之上,作者提出了提升淮安旅游竞争力的策略,供相关决策部门参考。汽车租赁公司办公室文员的工作经验

Abstract :In this paper, the reference of previous research results, is valued and combined with the specific situation of the city, built a 4-level tourism competitiveness evaluation index system which includes 3 secondary indexes, 9 tertiary indicators and 35 specific indicators, then using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), select Nanjing, Xuzhou as an object of Huai’an examples comparison. The following conclusions can be made: 1. In comprehensive tourism competitiveness, Huai’an is far behind Nanjing, and is not at the same level with Xushou. 2. Huai’an has the biggest gap with Nanjing and Xuzhou in the tourismcompetition performance in competitiveness,minimum gap in supporting power of tourism environment competitiveness, middle gap in tourism potential competitiveness competitiveness. 3. In the five aspects of tourism tecnology and human resources, tourism enterprises condition, tourism resources, tourism economy and tourism infrastructure, Huai’an has obvious disadvantages, www.751com.cn but in the tourism environment and other conditions of tourism, the little gap is still there. On this basis, the author proposes to enhance the competitiveness of Huai’an tourism strategy, for the relevant decision-making departments reference.
