ABSTRACT

People generally believe that the knowledge management is developing vigorously, holds the most important status in enterprise's survival development. The type of organizational knowledge includes not only explicit knowledge, which is easy to code, but also tacit knowledge, difficult to express in words. The modern tacit knowledge management existence has a long time history, since continuously. More attention has been attracted to use the tacit knowledge creation, transfer, study, accumulation and the absorption to sharpen the organizing faculty, to Enhancement core competitiveness. But in knowledge society's today,The staff no longer is the production tool of knowledge, but becomes the property which is  “the knowledge worker”. In the post-modern society, home and abroad, has been obvious to the tacit knowledge management research's limitation.
First, tacit knowledge research in modern society is to supposition establishment in tradition industrial society's Taylor System scientific management theoretically, regards as the staff is the knowledge production tool, the research which pursues as the main body person is relatively deficient to the staff.
Second, the goal of tacit knowledge research in modern society has paid more attention enhancement organization innovation ability, study ability and core competitiveness, but has not considered staff's development.
Third, tacit knowledge research in modern society is too rationality and doctrine, emphasis findings universality, very few based on situation serviceability.
Based on this, this dissertation is from modern society's angle, using Grounded Theory to research organization tacit knowledge creation's barrier, staff knowledge creation legalization process, the tacit knowledge creation's situation serviceable and so on many questions carry on the discussion which is in modern knowledge management, and then create the organization recessive knowledge creation theory in post-modern society. We have organized this dissertation into four chapters.
Chapter 1, putted the main issue of this research forward, expounded the status of modern and post-modern organization tacit knowledge creation researches both home and abroad, then explained the necessity, meaning, creative point, research methods, and framework of this research.
Chapter 2, defined the concept of organization tacit knowledge creation, reviewed the post-modern knowledge view and post-modern management and post-modern knowledge management and their relationship.
Chapter 3 is empirical study making urban construction group as an example. This dissertation introduced the company survey and organization structure first. Then initiate quantitative and qualitative research on this example. This dissertation used Grounded Theory in qualitative research after interview. And it used open decoding, main axle decoding and selective decoding to do the qualitative analysis in the interview material, checking and modifying theoretical model. This dissertation got the Way and method of organization tacit knowledge creation in post-modern society. This chapter is also the key point and essence of this dissertation.
Chapter 4, drew a conclusion of this dissertation, gave advice, illuminated the progress and limitation, and forecasted.
According to the chosen sample, base on the core category, main category, vice-category, other categories and concepts is to establish the network relations. The conclusion of this paper is: firstly, the tacit knowledge creation of the staff of the post-modern enterprise should follow the various factors’ differences, consider the situation serviceability well. Secondly, the development of post-modern enterprise should tend to be self-management of staff, and pursues to their main bodies. Thirdly, the purpose of the tacit knowledge creation of post-modern enterprise is staff and enterprise communal development formation.Fourthly, the key point of organization management is to take agreeing with knowledge staff group’s mind as the foundation, encourage to enhance their self-awareness.
