360度绩效考核在我国中小企业应用的问题及对策 摘 要:360度绩效考核在我国中小企业应用过程中出现了诸如企业内部领导的不重视、员工缺乏认识、考核结果问题凸显、保密工作出现疏漏、以及考核人员选择不合理等问题,这些问题出现的原因包括文化显著差异、权责归属不明、保密意识淡薄。针对以上分析,我国中小企业应采取高层领导的支持并参与实施;确定360度绩效考核适用性;开展360度绩效考核培训;进行有效的绩效沟通及结果反馈;严防泄密;选择合适人员参与考核等措施,寻求进一步发展。

The Problems and Countermeasures of the Small and Medium-sized 360 Degree Performance Appraisal in Our Country
Abstract: In the application process of SMEs of China 360 degree performance appraisal method emergs as the lack of concern of the internal leaders, employee’s lack of awareness, the obvious problems exist in the evolution result, omissions of the confidentiality work and the unreasonable choice of the appraisal employees come to light during the application process of SMEs in China. The reason lies in the obvious differences between cultures, ambiguity of power and duties, and the unawareness of confidentiality work. So the SMEs in China should apply the method that the totally support, participation and application of the superior, making sure the 360 degree performance feedback method is efficient. And also they should carry out 360 degree performance feedback training,making effective communications of the feedback. It is better to enhance the confidentiality work and choose the suitable examination method of the participated employee to seek a higher development.
