旁站监理在施工过程中存在问题研究摘要：自2003年1月1日起执行建设部《房屋建筑工程施工旁站管理办法》（试行）以来，旁站就同巡视、平行检验、验收等一样，成了工程建设监理的一种重要形式。旁站监理即在关键部位或关键工序施工过程中，由监理人员在现场进行的监督活动。文章从分析中国建设监理行业的发展过程开始，解释了旁站监理的概念，分析了旁站监理工作的内容，旁站监理实施的要点及工作方法。通过数据的分析指出旁站监理中建设单位、施工单位存在认识误区，监理单位在旁站监理中存在问题。在对这些问题进行探讨的基础上，通过案例的分析提出了进一步搞好旁站监理工作的几点建议：重视旁站监理方案编制、对监理人员素质进行培训、认真填写旁站监理原始记录等。
