职前物理教师教学实践反思能力培养探讨 摘 要:随着教师专业化的快速发展,教学反思日益引起研究者的重视。大量国内外的研究事实表明,教学反思能力的培养不应只在现任教师中进行,职前教师教学反思能力培养也是不可或缺的。通过介绍教学反思的内涵及教学反思对职前物理教师的重要意义;提出职前物理教师教育教学实践反思的途径。以周口师范学院物理学专业为例,从说课理论与实践、物理教学技能训练、中学物理实验研究训练、教具制作训练、教育实习等实践课程进行反思,通过教学实践的反思,提出职前物理教师教学实践反思能力培养的建议,它们帮助职前物理成为专业教师作准备,从而实现职前职后教师一体化。

Discussion on the Teaching Reflection Ability of Physics Teachers Pre-service
Abstract: With the rapid development of the specialization of teachers, teaching reflection has caused increasing attention of researchers. A large number of domestic and foreign researches in fact, teaching reflection ability should not only in the current teachers, pre-service teaching reflective ability of teacher training is indispensable. This thesis is mainly divided into three parts: the first part introduces the significance of teaching reflection, teachers' Pre-service; the second part, taking Zhoukou Normal University physics as an example, carries on reconsidering to the pre-service physics teachers teaching practice; the third part, through the reflection of teaching practice, put forward suggestions of the teaching reflection ability of pre-service teacher, which help them to become professional teacher preparation, so as to realize the integration of pre-service and in-service teachers.
