Abstract： In view of Zhengzhou Tongquyuan Amusement equipment Co., LTD’s actual demand, this project uses the .NET platform to design and implementation of an electronic commerce website. The system adopts the Web application program solution scheme proposed by Microsoft corporate, in addition, using the ASP. NET with C# language as the development of technology, using IIS 5．0 as the Web server provided by Microsoft and using ACCESS2003 as the background database. This Website realizes functions including product display，technical support，back-stage management and so on. The system have many advantages such as rational design，operation stability, friendly interface and easily maintain etc．
