木立芦荟汁对废电池胁迫下绿豆生长及光合色素含量的影响 摘 要:以绿豆为材料,研究了不同质量浓度的木立芦荟汁(0,25,50,100,200g/L)对废电池胁迫下绿豆幼苗的生长状况和光合色素含量的影响。结果表明:在废电池胁迫下,绿豆幼苗生长受到抑制,根长和芽长明显缩短,生物量明显减少,绿豆叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量明显降低,显示出一定的毒害效应;用不同浓度的木立芦荟汁处理则能改善多项生理指标,从而使绿豆的抗性明显增强。说明适宜浓度的芦荟汁能够缓解废电池胁迫对绿豆种子萌发及幼苗生长发育所造成的抑制和毒害作用。

Relieving Effect of Aloe Juice on Waste Battery Stress in Mung Bean Seedling Growth and Photosynthesis
Abstract: The experiments investigated the effects of different concentrations of Aloe arborescens juice (0,25,50,100,200g/L) on mung bean seedling growth conditions and the content of photosynthetic pigments under waste batteries stress. The results indicated that the mung bean seedling growth was inhibited, root length and shoot length shortened and biomass reduced significantly, the chlorophyll a in the leaves of mung bean, chlorophyll b and carotenoid content decreased obviously under waste batteries stress, showed a certain toxic effect. While different concentrations of Aloe arborescens juice soaking treatment could improve many indices of mung bean under waste batteries stress, the resistance of mung bean significantly to the stress was enhanced. It was suggested that certain concentrations of Aloe arborescens juice could alleviate the injury caused by the waste batteries stress.
