甘蓝型油菜不同器官DNA提取方法的探索 摘 要:以甘蓝型油菜为实验材料,采取CTAB法和SDS法均分别提取甘蓝型油菜的幼嫩叶和茎的DNA。实验结果表明,油菜不同器官采用不同方法提取DNA,则DNA的提取率和纯度都有差异显著。对于油菜的嫩叶,采用CTAB法提取DNA效率和纯度最佳;而油菜的嫩茎则是采用SDS法提取DNA效率和纯度最适宜。确定出油菜不同器官最适的DNA提取方法,为将来进行油菜基因工程及其分子生物学等方面的研究奠定了有利的基础,并能极大提高工作效率。

Exploration of DNA Extraction Methods on Different Organs of Brassica napus L
Abstract: Take Brassica napus L as experimental material available, applying both CTAB method and SDS method to extract DNA from young leaves and stems of Brassica napus L. The experimental results showed that the extraction efficiency and purity of DNA are significantly different by using different approaches to extract DNA from the different organs of Brassica napus L. CTAB method was the optimum way in extracting DNA from young leaves; SDS method was the best way for the DNA extraction from young stems. That identifying the best method of DNA extraction from different organs laid a beneficial foundation to the researches on Brassica napus L through the genetic engineering and molecular biology in the future, and greatly improving work efficiency.
