大叶黄杨抗白粉病生理生化指标的研究 摘 要:以大叶黄杨为研究对象,本实验通过研究大叶黄杨感染白粉病前后,叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化以及逆境生理指标丙二醛含量的变化和脯氨酸含量的变化,显现出白粉病对植物生长的过程中生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:大叶黄杨发病前后叶绿素含量有所降低,其中大叶黄杨染病后叶绿素含量下降的程度最大,而SOD活性和POD活性,丙二醛含量增高,脯氨酸含量通过制作标准曲线查出测定液中脯氨酸浓度,计算出脯氨酸的含量,得出结果是发病前脯氨酸的含量比发病后脯氨酸含量低。

Euonymus Resistance to Powdery Mildew Physiological Biochemical Index
