UV-B照射对大豆愈伤组织中生理生化物质变化的影响 摘  要:以“巨丰一号”大豆培育出的愈伤组织为实验材料,研究了不同天数UV-B照射对大豆愈伤组织中生理生化物质变化的影响。结果表明:经过不同天数的UV-B照射后,大豆愈伤组织中的可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量与对照相比呈现先增加后下降的趋势,第三天时可溶性糖含量与脯氨酸含量达到最多,第二天时可溶性蛋白含量达到最多,与对照相比均达到极显著性差异(P<0.01);丙二醛含量、超氧阴离子产生速率、相对电导率与对照相比呈现一直增加的趋势。结果说明,短时间UV-B照射对大豆愈伤组织影响不大,随着UV-B照射时间延长,对大豆愈伤组织的伤害也随之加强。

The effects on Physiological and Biochemical Changes of Soybean Callus after UV-B Radiation
Abstract: The physiological and biochemical changes of soybean callus after UV-B radiation were studied using “callus of soybean” as the material. The results showed as follows: the soluble sugar content and soluble protein content and free proline content were similar after different days of UV-B radiation. The change trends were increased firstly and then decreased. the soluble sugar content and free proline content reached the maximum compared with contral, after UV-B radiation for three days. And the soluble protein content reached the maximum compared with contral, and the three physiological indexes were very significantly higher than the control(P<0.01) after UV-B radiation for two days,. The MDA content and the superoxide anion production rate were similar to the relative conductivity.. The change trends were increasing compared with contral. The results indicated UV-B radiation treatment had dose-effect on callus of soybean in short time , with the increase of treatment time, the damage was aggravated.
