1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物对盐胁迫下小麦幼苗生理特性的影响研究 摘 要:以“周麦18”为实验材料,采用室内砂培法,研究了不同浓度(0、5、10、15mg/L)1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物(N-[5-(4-氯苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基]-N’-4-硝基苯甲酰基脲)对盐胁迫条件下小麦幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:(1)盐胁迫下小麦幼苗植株变矮,鲜重降低,叶片内叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量与可溶性糖显著降低,叶片内MDA和Pro含量显著上升。(2)适当浓度N-[5-(4-氯苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基]-N’-4-硝基苯甲酰基脲处理增加了盐胁迫下小麦幼苗的株高、鲜重,且叶片内叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量显著增高,MDA含量显著下降。表明适当浓度N-[5-(4-氯苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基]-N’-4-硝基苯甲酰基脲处理能有效缓解盐胁迫对小麦幼苗的伤害,具有显著促进小麦幼苗生长的作用,其中10mg/L浓度最好。

Effects of 1,3,4-Thiadiazole Derivatives on Physiological Characteristics of Wheat Seedlings under Salt Stress
Abstract: The effects of the different concentration (0, 5, 10 and 15mg/L) of TNU (N-[5-(4-Chlorophenyl)-1,3,4-Thiadiazole-2-yl]-N'-4-Nitrobenzoyl Urea) on the growth of wheat seedling under salt stress were studied by sand culture using wheat “Zhou mai 18” as experiment material. The results showed as follows: (1)under salt stress, the height of seedling and fresh weight were significantly decreased, while the content of chlorophyll, soluble proteins and soluble sugar were significantly decreased than those of control. The contents of free proline and MDA were significantly increased(P<0.01).(2) Exogenous N-[5-(4-Chlorophenyl) -1,3,4- Thiadiazole-2-yl]-N' -4-Nitrobenzoyl Urea (TNU) application on the leaf significantly increased the height of seedling and fresh weight, and the contents of chlorophyll, soluble proteins, soluble sugar and free proline were significantly increased(P<0.01). The content of malonaldehyde (produce of membrane lipid peroxidation) was significantly decreased(P<0.01). The results showed that exogenous N- [5- (4- Chlorophenyl ) -1,3,4- Thiadiazole -2- yl]-N '- 4-Nitrobenzoyl Urea (TNU) could effectively mitigate the harmful effects from salt stress on plants, and promote the growth of wheat, and the effect of 10mg/LTNU was optimal.
