不同盐浓度处理下小麦苗期叶片中SOD活性的变化研究    摘要:以周麦22和周麦19两种小麦为材料,采用实验室土培法,以不同浓度的NaCl溶液处理周麦22和周麦19种子;测定不同盐浓度下两者的发芽率;采用实验室水培法,以不同浓度的NaCl溶液处理周麦19和周麦22幼苗,测定不同盐浓度下两者的抗氧化酶活性等相关生理指标.根据这些生理指标在不同小麦品种、不同盐浓度处理下的变化规律,探求盐胁迫下小麦幼苗的抗盐生理机制。结果发现,与对照相比,随着盐处理浓度的增加,两种小麦的发芽率均不断下降,与盐浓度的增加呈负相关;而两种小麦的三种抗氧化酶SOD、POD和CAT的活性变化均呈先上升后下降的趋势。其中,两种小麦的SOD活性均在0.6%达到最高;两种小麦的POD活性均在0.8%达到最高;周麦19的CAT活性在0.4%达到
最高,周麦22的CAT活性在0.6%达到最高。

SOD Activity in Wheat Seedling Leaves under Different Salt Concentrations
Abstract: With seeds of Zhoumai 22 and Zhoumai 19 as materials, in order to determinate germination rate under different salt concentrations, Zhoumai 22 and Zhoumai 19 were treated with different concentrations of NaCl solution use the laboratory soil culture method; to determinate antioxidant enzyme activities and other related physiological basis of these physiological indices under different salt concentration, Zhoumai 22 and Zhoumai 19 seedlings were treated with with different concentrations of NaCl solution use the experimental room hydroponics. The results showed that, compared with the control, the two kinds of wheat germination rate declining with the increases of salt concentration and it was negatively correlated with the increases of salt concentration. While the activities of antioxidant enzymes SOD, POD and CAT increased first and then decreased at the two kinds of wheat. Among them, the SOD activity were the highest in 0.6% at the two kinds of wheat; the POD activity were 0.8%, the highest at the two kinds of wheat; the CAT activity at Zhoumai 19 in the 0.4% reached the highest level compared with CAT activity at Zhoumai 22 percent to 0.6 highest.
