TiO2纳米粒子对酵母及番茄致病疫霉菌的抑菌作用分析   摘  要:鉴于TiO2纳米粒子对细菌和病毒有抑制作用,本实验拟研究TiO2纳米粒子对酵母及番茄致病疫霉菌的抑菌作用。本实验通过配制不同的TiO2纳米粒子溶液来分别处理酵母细胞和番茄致病疫霉菌,将处理过的菌种分别放置在30℃和20℃光照下处理不同的时间之后进行暗处理培养观察。经过24h处理后发现,掺杂型TiO2纳米粒子如N/TiO2、Eu/TiO2对酵母细胞的抑菌效果比TiO2纳米粒子对其较明显;浓度为0.2%TiO2纳米粒子对番茄致病疫霉菌的抑菌效果较明显。N掺杂提高了TiO2对可见光区的吸收进而增强了TiO2光催化能力和抑菌作用;稀土元素Eu的掺杂降低了TiO2的光生电子和空穴的复合几率,也提高了TiO2光催化活性和抑菌能力;本文来自辣*文~论'文&网,毕业论文 www.751com.cn 加7位QQ324'9114找源文复合型N/Eu/TiO2的抑菌作用没有达到预期效果。

Analysis of Antibacterial Effect of TiO2 Nanoparticles on Yeast and Tomato Phytophthora infestan
Abstract: Based on the inhibitory effect of the TiO2 nanoparticles on bacteria and viruses, the experiment researched on the antibacterial effect of the TiO2 nanoparticles on yeast and tomato Phytophthora infestans. In the experiment, yeast and P. infestans were respectively treated with different concentration of TiO2 nanoparticles. Then, the yeast and P. infestans were placed in the 30℃ and 20℃ light incubator during different time, after that removed to the dark culture chambers and observe. After 24 hours treatment, antibacterial effect of doped N/TiO2 and Eu/TiO2 on yeast cells were more obvious than TiO2 nanoparticles. The concentration of 0.2% of TiO2 nanoparticles had the best inhibitory effect on tomato P. infestans. N doped TiO2 increased the TiO2 on the absorption of visible light, and also enhanced the TiO2 photocatalytic ability and antibacterial effect. Rare earth element Eu doped TiO2 reduced the recombintation rate of photogenerated electron and holes in TiO2 and enhanced the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 and antibacterial ability. Compoud N/Eu/TiO2 did not achieve the desired result.
