1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物对PEG胁迫下野生大豆幼苗生理特性的影响 摘 要:以野生大豆“ZS”为材料,采用室内砂培试验,研究了不同浓度(0、5、10、15mg/L)1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物(TNU)对聚乙二醇(200g/L)胁迫下野生大豆幼苗叶片脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性蛋白及可溶性糖等生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:(1)PEG胁迫条件下,野生大豆幼苗苗高变矮、鲜重降低,Pro和MDA含量与对照相比极显著增加(P<0.01),可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质的含量则极显著降低(P<0.01)。(2)适当浓度TNU处理增加了PEG胁迫下大豆幼苗的株高、鲜重、脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白及可溶性糖含量,降低了MDA含量。实验结果表明适当浓度1,3,4-噻二唑处理能有效缓解PEG胁迫对野生大豆幼苗的伤害,具有显著促进野生大豆生长的作用,其中10mg/L TNU效果最好。

Effects of 1,3,4-Thiadiazole Derivatives on Physiological Characteristics of Wild soybean Seedlings under PEG Stress
Abstract: The effects of the different concentration (0, 5, 10 and 15mg/L) of TNU (N-[5-(4-Chlorophenyl)-1,3,4-Thiadiazole-2-yl]-N'-4-Nitrobenzoyl Urea) on the growth of wild soybean seedling under PEG stress were studied by sand culture using wild soybeans “ZS” as experiment material. The results showed as follows: (1)under PEG stress, the height of seedling and fresh weight were significantly decreased, while the content of soluble proteins and soluble sugar were significantly decreased than those of control. The contents of free proline and MDA were significantly increased(P<0.01).(2) Exogenous N-[5-(4-Chlorophenyl) -1,3,4- Thiadiazole-2-yl]-N'- 4-Nitrobenzoyl Urea (TNU) application on the leaf significantly increased the height of seedling and fresh weight, and the contents of soluble proteins, soluble sugar and free proline were significantly increased(P<0.01). The content of malonaldehyde (produce of membrane lipid peroxidation) was significantly decreased(P<0.01). The results showed that exogenous N- [5- (4- Chlorophenyl ) -1,3,4- Thiadiazole -2- yl]-N '- 4-Nitrobenzoyl Urea (TNU) could effectively mitigate the harmful effects from PEG stress on plants, and promote the growth of wild soybean, and the effect of 10mg/LTNU was optimal.
