TAU对玉米幼苗生理活性的影响研究 摘 要:以“吉祥1号”玉米种子为实验材料,采用水培方法,利用不同浓度(0、6、8、10、12、14mg/L)的N-[5-(2-氯苯基)1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基]-N'-[2-(2-甲基苯氧)乙酰基]脲(TAU)对玉米幼苗进行处理,通过不同生理指标的测定,考察了TAU对玉米幼苗生理活性的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的TAU处理后,玉米幼苗叶片中叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量及硝酸还原酶活力与对照相比显著增加;根中可溶性蛋白含量与幼苗根系活力也均显著高于对照组。说明TAU处理对玉米幼苗的生长具有促进效应,其中以8mg/L TAU处理效果最好。

Effects of TAU on Physiological Characteristics of Corn Seedlings
Abstract: The “jixiang-1” Corn was used as experimental materials, effect of 5-(4-Chlorophenyl)-2-(2-nitro-benzomino)-1,3,4-thiadiazole(TAU) on the physiological activity of Corn were evaluated by water culture tests with different concentrations of (0,6,8,10,12 and 14mg/L). The results showed that the content of chlorophyll, soluble protein, soluble sugar, nitrate reductase activity in leaves were increased when compared to the control after TAU treatment. The content of soluble protein and root activity of root were increased comparing to those of the control, and various physiological indexes were very significantly higher than the control. and 8mg/L TAU was the optimal concentration.
