涝胁迫对豌豆苗期保护酶活性及膜脂过氧化的影响 摘 要:以“中豌辣号”豌豆为实验材料,采用盆栽控水法,研究了不同时间涝胁迫对豌豆苗期过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及质膜相对透性的影响,对豌豆苗期抗氧化能力进行了综合评价。结果表明:在涝胁迫过程中,涝胁迫1d后各种保护酶活性出现下降现象,涝胁迫3d时总体可使豌豆叶片的3种抗氧化酶POD、SOD、CAT活性提高,涝胁迫5d时3种保护酶活性有降低趋势,其中SOD、POD变化有互补趋势。MDA含量总体变化呈上升趋势。涝胁迫导致膜脂透性增大,随胁迫程度加重和历时延长增幅加大。

Effect of Waterlogging Stress on Protective Enzyme Activity and Membrane Lipid Peroxidation in PeaLeaves during Seedling Stage
Abstract: The “Zhongwan-6” pea was used as experimental materials to investigate the effect of different time stress on pea seedling peroxide (POD), catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), and as well as on membrane permeability(RC).The comprehensive evaluation on antioxidant capability of pea during seedling stage was also made. The results showed that during the waterlogging stress, the activities of superoxide, peroxide and catalase desreased than control after waterlogging stress for 1 d, and the activities of superoxide, peroxide and catalase increaseed than control after waterlogging stress for 3 d. After waterlogging stress for 5 d, three kinds of antioxidant enzymes activities (POD, SOD, CAT) all showed a decrease trend. Furthermore, SOD and POD have complementary trend. The MDA content increased gradually. Waterlogging stress enhanced RC and more significantly with increasing stress intensity and time.
