小麦幼叶花青素含量对外饲蔗糖的响应
摘要:考虑到影响花青素基因合成和模型调控的因素众多,本文采取在不同的蔗糖浓度以及在果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖混合浓度配合处理周麦19、周麦22和周黑麦1号,然后测定花青素及叶绿素、可溶性糖、MDA和SOD等生理指标的活性。得到结果如下:不同浓度的蔗糖及蔗糖、果糖、葡萄糖的混合处理就花青素活性与对照组相比,周麦19在40mmol/L蔗糖处理时呈现明显的降低;周麦22在20mmol/L蔗糖处理时呈现明显的降低;周黑麦1号在20mmol/L蔗糖+20mmol/L果糖+20mmol/L葡萄糖混合处理时呈现明显的升高。

Wheat Young Leaves Anthocyanin Content The Response of The External Feeding Sugar
Abstract: Considering many factors that affect anthocyanin gene synthesis and regulation model,this article take in different concentration of sucrose and fructose, glucose, sucrose concentration of mixed with deal withWeek week 19,Week 22 and Rye 1 week,then determine the activity of anthocyanin and chlorophyll, soluble sugar and MDA and SOD et al physiological indicators. Results are as follows: Different concentration of sucrose and fructose, glucose, sucrose concentration of mixed with processing on anthocyanin activity compared with the control group, Week19 in 40 mmol/L sucrose presents one of the most obvious decrease ; Week 22 in 20 mmol/L presents one of the most obvious decrease; Rye1week in 20 mmol/L sucrose + 20 mmol/L fructose + 20 mmol/L glucose presents one of the most obvious decrease.
