水杨酸对水分胁迫下小麦幼苗膜脂过氧化的影响

水杨酸对水分胁迫下小麦幼苗膜脂过氧化的影响 摘 要:以“周麦22号”小麦为材料,采用沙培的方法,研究了不同浓度(0、10、12、14、16mg/L)水杨酸对水分胁迫下小麦幼苗膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明:水分胁迫下,小麦幼苗光合色素含量显著降低,丙二醛含量以及抗氧化酶活性显著增加;外施水杨酸显著提高了水分胁迫下幼苗叶片的光合色素含量和抗氧化酶活性,膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛含量显著降低。由此可见,外施水杨酸可以文持细胞膜的稳定性,降低膜脂过氧化的伤害程度,从而缓解了水分胁迫对小麦幼苗生长的抑制作用,并以14 mg/L 外源水杨酸缓解效果最好。

The Influence of the Salicylic Acid for Membrane Lipid Peroxidation under Water Stress on Wheat Seedling
Abstract: Using wheat “Zhoumai No. 22” as materials, effects of the different concentrations of salicylic acid (0, 10, 12, 14, 16mg/L) on the membrane lipid peroxidation of wheat seedling under water stress was studied by sand culture. The results showed as follows: under water stress, the content of photosynthetic pigment was significantly decreased than that of control, the content of MDA and the activity of antioxidant enzymes were significantly increased; Exogenous salicylic acid on the leaves significantly increased the contents of photosynthetic pigment, while the activity of antioxidant enzymes was significantly increased, the content of MDA (produce of membrane lipid peroxidation) was significantly decreased. The results showed that exogenous salicylic acid could effectively keep cytomenbrane stabilization and reduce the damage from membrane lipid peroxidation, by which could mitigate the harmful effects from water stress on plants, and promote the growth of wheat,and the effect of 14mg/L SA was optima1.
