不可否认,人的运动能力具有先天赋予性,但越来越多的科学实践告诉我们,良好的营养必将促进运动员的体格发育,体力增强,提高训练效果和竞赛实力,有利于出成绩、创纪录,有利于赛后疲劳的消除、体力的恢复以及某些运动性疾病的防治,也有利于平稳顺利转入下一阶段的训练和比赛。
本系统就是为了运动员的合理配餐而设计的。在设计的过程中利用多目标遗传算法,并结合Asp.Net技术,合理编写相应的程序,最终基本上达到了系统需求分析时的要求。之所以运用多目标遗传算法是因为如今它蓬勃发展,应用领域广泛,并且在整个算法的过程中它是对新的种群重复进行选择,交叉和变异,得到最优解,具有准确性、及时性。
运动员营养配餐的问题可以通过配餐系统进行解决,用户可以登陆本系统进行配餐前相关信息的查询,以求合理营养配餐。

Title Athletes’ decision support system in nutrition Abstract
The sport capacities of human are inherent. But most scientific practice tells us, the good nutrition will promote athletes' physical development, and it can increase training effect and the ability of competition. It is advantage of making the scores and creating the new record. Good and enough nutrition can help athletes’ elimination of fatigue and physical rehabilitation and some sport diseases. It is also advantage of making the next stage training and the competition steadily.
The system aimes at catering athletes and the reasonable design. In the process of designing multi-objective genetic algorithm, combined with Asp.Net technology, the preparation of the corresponding reasonable procedures basically reached the final system requirements analysis demand. The reason that adopts the multi-objective Genetic Algorithm is flourishing development, widespread applications fields. The whole algorithm in the process it is to repeat selection for the new group, crossover and variation, to be the optimal solution. It has the accuracy and timeliness.
Athletes nutrition catering to the problem is solving by catering system. Users can log on the system before the information related to catering inquiries for reasonable nutrition prescription.
