聚合物驱抽油机井参数优化设计研究
摘 要
抽油机井举升方式是目前油田应用最广泛的机械采油方式。为保持抽油机井举升系统高效节能工作,随着开发的深入,必须针对油藏产能、生产水平、地面地下等生产参数的变化,对生产井进行随时的地面与地下参数设计优化,改变抽汲参数和机杆泵组合。
聚合物驱抽油机井参数优化设计针对聚驱抽油机井生产中存在的效率较低、能耗偏高以及杆管检泵问题严重的情况,以抽油机井系统效率为设计目标,分别建立了聚驱抽油机井产能预测模型、聚驱抽油机井杆柱优化设计模型、聚驱抽油机井拖动设备功率设计模型,同时修正完善了聚驱条件下的抽油机井摩阻载荷计算模型,并给出了相关约束条件。聚合物驱抽油机井参数优化设计模型在对传统经验模型进行聚合物驱影响的校正基础上,以能耗指标和系统效率指标等油井经济运行指数为目标函数,对抽油系统中的能量消耗进行了分解计算,并从现场试验中进行验证,充分结合了油井实际生产水平的变化,从而优选机杆泵和抽汲参数组合。
通过应用喇嘛甸油田抽油机井的数据,对软件所采用的数学模型进行了检验,并对系统效率低、能耗偏高的聚驱抽油机井进行了参数优化设计,达到了明显的节能增效的目的。

Abstract
Today, the rod pumping is the predominance mechanical recovery mode in world petroleum production. With oilfield development, to make the rod pumping system work with highly efficient and energy-saving in the polymer flooding, some producing parameters will change such as layer pressure, gas-oil ratio and water cut etc, which will induce the system uncoordinated work. So the low efficient sucker rod pumping well in polymer flooding must be optimizing designed by optimizing the pumping parameter and pumping unit-rod-pump combination.
Many problems has been put forward in polymer flooding wells than which in water flooding wells since polymer wells put into production in Daqing oil field. By analyzing systematic characteristic of pumping well, on the basis of nodal analysis of overall pumping well system, by researching inflow performance relationship, multiphase piping flow in wellbore, parametric properties of oil-gas-water, pumping parameter ,well track, complexity of suck rod string and sliding friction force for suck rod with tube, thus formulae is established for Sucker-Rod pumping, formation optimal design mathematical model suitable to optimizing design the suck-rod pumping system, design soft is compiled. Passing Calculated result is basically matched with that of actual well conditions.
Applying to the actual producing data of 20 well in Lamadian oil flied to check the mathematical model and the accuracy of program, the simulation calculation result is coincidence with the actual state. The software can well direct the work of oil field.
