摘 要
本论文主要介绍了基于价值管理与公司财务治理的基本理论、基于价值的管理与公司财务治理的管理控制、基于价值管理与公司财务治理存在的问题、基于价值管理与公司财务治理的对策及基于价值管理与公司财务治理的发展方向。公司治理是一个多角度、多层次的概念，从公司创造价值和价值实现角度看，基于价值的公司治理是公司治理的核心。财务治理是公司治理的深化和发展，以财务治理为导向，认为财务冲突是财务治理的客体，进而揭示出财务冲突的表现形式并提出其协调方法，旨在为财务治理的完善提供一些建议。文章认为，基于价值的公司治理的核心是财务治理；基于价值的管理控制核心是财务控制；公司治理与管理控制是公司的两大工作重点；财务治理与财务控制是公司财务的两大重点任务。
