摘要
视觉系统是人类最重要的感觉器官,人类所获得的大部分外界信息都来自视
觉。随着人类对自然世界的不断探索,人们总希望能够通过某种数字化机器来实
现人类视觉的功能,自动地获取外部世界的信息。随着数字图像技术的成熟,图
像监控系统随之发展起来,对于保障工业生产、人民生活与社会安全具有重要意
义,广泛地应用于各个领域。
随着水下健身运动的发展,对水下救生的要求越来越高。仅仅靠救生员救生
存在很多不稳定因素,因此使得泳池监控系统的研究具有重大的实际意义。但是
由于水下环境特殊,使得监控系统的设计面临着新挑战,使其具有极其重要的科
研意义。通常泳池监控系统包含4个子系统:主监控系统、录像数据库查询系统、
游泳池定标系统和无线报警传输系统,本文的主要工作是针对后两个子系统进行
的研究与设计。
本文,首先就当前视频监控系统的研究现状及提出泳池监控系统的必要性作
了简要的介绍,并着重介绍了摄像机定标和无线传输技术的发展现状,分析了本
课题提出的意义。本文的一个重点是,论述了泳池定标算法的重要性,并在现有
算法的基础上,讨论了一种更为便捷有效的游泳池定标算法,根据此算法还设计
了泳池定标程序;本文的另一个重点是,设计了无线报警传输系统,论述该子系
统对整个泳池监控系统的重要性,并对该子系统的软硬件设计方案等做了详细的
说明。
本文最后总结了研究过程中遇到的一些问题和困难,并且有针对性的提出了
克服或改进方法,最后对今后的泳池监控系统提出了展望。

Abstract
Vision system is the most important apparatus for human being and people
acquire most of information from the outside world with their vision systems.In the
process of human being’S exploration to the nature world,man always hopes to find
some machine-computing methods to achieve human being’S vision function,and to
acquire information automatically from the outside world.With growing up of digital
image processing techniques,the supervision system has also been developed
continuously,which has great significance for the guaranty of industrial production,
people’S lives and social securit~and has been applied in various fields.
With the development of underwater sports,the requirement to underwater
lifesaving has been stricter.There are many unsafe conditions if the lifesaving just
relies on the lifeguards.Therefore,it has great practical significance to study
underwater supervision system.It is a challenge to design such a system because of the
complicated underwater condition,and it makes the research of underwater supervision
system have great scientific meaning.Swimming pool monitoring system includes four
subsystems:main monitoring system,video database query system,swimming pool
calibration system,wireless alarm transmitting system.The main content of this paper
is designing the last two subsystems.
First of all,the development of supervision system and the necessity of swimming
pool monitoring system are presented briefly.The development of camera calibration
and wireless transmitting techniques are also introduced,and the meaning of this
subject is analyzed as well.One of the emphases in this paper is discussing the
importance of swimming pool calibration for this monitoring system.Based on the
existed calibration arithmetic,a new calibration arithmetic which is more convenient
and more efficient is analyzed,the calibration program is also designed based on this
arithmetic;the other is discussing the necessity of the wireless alarming transmitting
system and designing this subsystem,the design method of which is also detailed.
Finally in this paper,the summarization about the problems and difficulties

expectation about the whole system is given at last.
