ABSTRACT
Theteehniqueofimagefiredeteetingsystemwhiehbasedonvideomonitoringcan
aehievedoubleeffeetoftheseenemonitoringandfiredeteetionwithoutinstalling
imageaequisitionunitadditionally,anditalsoeaneostsavingsandbeavoidofrePeated
investmeni.TheteequehascomParedwiththetraditionalteebniquesoffiredeteetion,
and15notrestrietedbyenvironmenteondition,suchassPaeehigh,streamsPeed.Ithas
manyadvantagessuehasstronganti一interferenee,betterreal一time,highreliability,andit
eaneffeetivelyredueeerrorsandomissionsalann,realizeearlyfiremonitoringand
alann.It15anewfiredetectionteehniquewithnotoueh,highintelligeneeand
sensitiveness.Thetechniquewillbeeomeanewandeffectivemethodtothefire
deteetion.
ThePaPerhasanalyzedthefiredeteetionPrinciPlesandmethodsandPresentedan
methodtotheimagefiredeteetionbased一onliftingwavelettransform.Firstly,the
methodextractstheadjacentframesintherealtimevideoandtransformstheRGB
frameimageintothegrayimage.Thenitenhancesthe诵ageeontrastbysPacedomain
enhaneementandseParatesthetargetfromthebaekgroundwiththresholdsegmentation,
andextractsimageedgewiththealgorithlnoftheedgedeteetionbased一onlifting
wavelettransform.ThenitconstruetscomPrehensiveeriterionaeeordingtotheflame
areaeriterion,theeusPeriterionandsimilarshaPeeriterionwhieheomefromthe
ehangingofframearea,edgeandshaPe.Lastly,themethodeandistinguishearlyfire
image.Simulationresultsshowthatthealgorithinoftheimagefiredeteetion,based一on
liftingwavelettransform,hashigheraceuraeyandstrongerrobust.
