摘 要:介绍了由Flash单片机AT89C2051及数码语音芯片ISD25120组成的电脑语音系统。设计出了系统的硬件电路,给出了录、放音实用的源程序。
AT89C51是一种带4K字节闪烁可编程可擦除只读存储器(FPEROM—Falsh Programmable and Erasable Read Only Memory)的低电压,高性能CMOS8位微处理器。该器件采用ATMEL高密度非易失存储器制造技术制造,与工业标准的MCS-51 指令集和输出管脚相兼容。由于将多功能8位CPU和闪烁存储器组合在单个芯片中,ATMEL的AT89C51是一种高效微控制器,为很多嵌入式控制系统提供了一种灵活性高且价廉的方案。
ISD25120自动回录芯片信息存储芯片,单片能提供录放时间达120 秒的高质量的音频录放。芯片采用 CMOS 技术,内含振荡器、 话筒前置放大、自动增益控制、防混淆滤波器、平滑滤波器、扬声器驱动和高密度的多级存储排列(即 EEPRIM 阵列)。同时,ISD25120芯片与微控制器兼容,能完成复杂的信息和寻址方式。在芯片里录音存储为不易失的存储单元,提供有不耗电的信息存储方式。这种独特的芯片存储方式采用多电平直接模拟量存储技术,这种技术是ISD系列芯片的专利。声音和音频信号以模拟的自然方式直接被存储,并能提供了高质量的固态声音再现。

Abstract:
In the paper, a microcomputer sound system based on AT89C51 and ISD25120 is introduced. Hardware circuit of system is designed, and practical programmes are given.
The AT89C51 is a low-power, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcomputer with 4K bytes of Flash programmable and erasable read only memory (PEROM). The device is manufactured using Atmel’s high-density nonvolatile memory technology and is compatible with the industry-standard MCS-51 instruction set and pinout. The on-chip Flash allows the program memory to be reprogrammed in-system or by a conventional nonvolatile memory programmer. By combining a versatile 8-bit CPU with Flash on a monolithic chip, the Atmel AT89C51 is a powerful microcomputer which provides a highly-flexible and cost-effective solution to many embedded control applications.
Information Storage Devices’ ISD2500 Chip-CorderSeries provides high-quality, single-chip Record/Playback solutions for 120-second messaging applications. The CMOS devicesinclude an on-chip oscillator, microphone preamplifier,automatic gain control, antialiasing filter, smoothing filter, speaker amplifier, and high density multi-level storage array. In addition, the ISD2500 is microcontroller compatible, allowing complex messaging and addressing to be achieved. Recordings are stored in on-chip nonvolatile memory cells, providing zero-power message storage. This unique, single-chip solution is made possible through ISD’s patented multilevel storage technology. Voice and audio signals are stored directly into memory in their natural form, providing high-quality, solid-state voice reproduction.
