Abstract: The theory of industrial cluster has attracts highly the attention of developed countries, resulting the globalization of cluster effect been more and more obvious. In fact, industrial cluster has become an active model for region development. Additionally, based upon modern innovation research, innovation is a system process and the result of mutual effects among the business behaviorists. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the innovation system when it comes to the research of innovation. Actually, the marriage of industrial cluster and innovation system will promote the continuous vitality of the industry。
Starting from the industrial region theory of Marshall, the theory of industrial cluster has experienced the growth pole theory, theory in new economic geography, diamond theory of Porter and so on. Moreover, basing on the idea of enterprise innovation of Schumpeter, the innovation system has achieved the transformation from country’s innovation system to regional innovation system, and then to innovation system of industrial cluster. This paper reviews the literatures from both aspects of industrial cluster and innovation system.

产业集群创新系统文献综述
摘要：产业集群理论已经引起发达国家高度重视，集群效应全球化更加明显。产业集群已经成为一种充满活力的区域发展模式。另外，现代创新的研究发现，创新是一个系统的过程，是经济行为者之间相互作用的结果，研究创新必须和创新系统联系起来。产业集群与创新系统的结合将带动产业持续生命力的提升。
产业集群理论的发展从马歇尔产业区理论开始，逐步形成了增长极理论、新经济地理理论、波特的钻石理论等。而创新系统也以熊彼特的企业创新为起点，历经了国家创新系统、区域创新系统向产业集群创新系统的转变。本文分别对产业集群和创新系统两方面的文献进行了回顾。
