Water supply system:

Key word: for water ;Draining off water ;Hote water;The fire hydrant ;Spurting voluntarily pours .该建筑为大型综合楼,位于东南某市中心,建筑高度为96.20米,总建筑面积约5.0万平方米。本建筑物所有给水排水均按高层建筑给排水要求进行设计。结合实际情况,根据建筑物的性质,用途,和室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备,具体的给排水系统设计如下:
给水系统:
本建筑地下一层至地上四层由室外市政管网直接供水,五至二十七层采用水泵、屋顶水箱和减压阀相接合的给水方式;由于消火栓超过十个,需设两条引入管。从不同的方向引入。既保障了供水安全,又节约了能耗。
排水系统:
本设计采用污废水分流排放体制。管材采用了具有抗震功能的排水铸铁管,为此可进一步提高环境质量。地下室内消防电梯井旁、泵房地面均设有集水坑和废水提升装置。
消防系统:
该建筑防火等级属于中危险级Ⅱ级,设计内容包括消火栓系统和自动喷淋系统。在屋顶水箱间内设实验用消火栓装置,消火栓给水管网呈环状布置,各消火栓箱内设消防水泵启动电钮,能直接启动消防泵;室外设地下式水泵结合器,保证消防安全可靠。商场,走廊,办公间,电梯前室设闭式自动喷淋系统,自动扶梯旁的防火卷帘处设置水幕系统。
热水系统:
根据设计资料,本设计需对5-27层供应热水。为保证同一用水点的冷、热水压力平衡,热水管道沿着给水管道布置。
各系统中的立管设在管井内或沿墙敷设,水平管根据各系统的特点明敷或暗敷。
本设计以经济、环保、节能为原则,通过借鉴以前的设计方法和经验,采用了合理的技术措施,使设计的各个系统达到了很好的使用效果。
