高技术企业竞争力评价系统是用来对企业在一段时期内在技术工作方面综合评价的计算机系统。本系统以TEOM法----一种新型的企业技术竞争力评价方法----模型进行开发。运用了组织管理水平、市场营销能力、企业家素质、技术指标、市场指标,等几个方面的具体分数和最终评估分。反映企业当前在竞争实力方面的综合实力与潜力的情况。从而为企业进行自我诊断，选择重组对象以及政府选择优势企业进行扶持提供了科学依据。由于评价过程中需要大量的相关数据，所以本系统又添加了独立的数据管理功能模块。关键字：TEOM法、竞争实力、评价方法、线性加权法、数据库管理1000
