直接转矩控制技术(DTC)是继矢量控制技术之后发展起来的一种新型交流调速技术。其基本思想是在文持磁链幅值不变的情况下,通过调整定子磁链在空间的旋转速度以控制转矩,进而控制电机的转速。与矢量控制技术相比,它具有转矩响应迅速,控制结构简单,易于实现全数字化等优点。这种技术在国外某些领域已得到了成功的应用。但是作为一种新诞生的方法,DTC在理论和实践上还存在着许多不成熟之处,有待完善。
数字信号处理器(DSP)芯片是一种高速的微处理器。德州仪器公司(TI)1997年推出的TMS320F240(C240)芯片,不仅继承了DSP芯片运算速度快,能实现电流实时控制的优点,而且由于它面向电机数字控制领域,以F240(C240)为核心芯片构成的控制系统具有结构简单,可靠性高等诸多优势,倍受青睐,必将得到广泛应用。
   本文研究以TMS320F240芯片为核心构成的直接转矩控制系统。全文内容如下:
   首先探讨了直接转矩控制技术的两大理论基础──磁场加速方法与瞬时空间矢量理论。在此基础上深入研究了DTC系统的工作原理及控制策略,提出了一种实现方法。
其次对于面向电机控制的新型DSP芯片──TMS320F240芯片的组成及特性进行了深入的研究,并重点介绍了F240芯片中断系统的特点及其在电机控制应用中应注意的问题。
然后介绍了作者开发的、基于中文Win98环境的TMS320F240芯片简易开发工具及使用方法。这一开发工具所需的硬件少,且有比较完善的图形界面,基于此,可以大大提高调试DSP程序的速度,也为日后进一步改进及完善奠定了基础。
随后介绍了以TMS320F240芯片为核心芯片所构成的直接转矩控制系统的软、硬件结构。对控制电路的硬件设计,以及软件编写中变量的处理方法及注意事项进行了详细的介绍。在此基础上,进行了初步实验,并对实验结果进行了分析。
     全文最后总结了系统的不足之处,并对下一步的研究工作提出了作者的建议。
The  Study  on  Direct  Torque  Control   of
an  Induction  Motor  based  on  Digital  Signal  Processor

   Direct Torque Control(DTC), which is succeeded vector control technique, is a novel control technique of an induction motor. Its basic idea is: if the amplitude of magnetic flux of motor’s gap is constant, we can adjust rotating speed of stator’s magnetic flux to control torque and rotating speed of rotor. Compared with vector control technique, it has many adventages such as fast torque response, simple control structure, easy to be digitalized, etc. Although this kind of technique has received some successful application recently, there are also a great deal of problems in the theories and pratices which deserved to be researched.
   Digital  Signal  Processor(DSP) is a high speed microcontroller. Texas Instrument  corporation(TI) showed TMS320F240(C240) chip in 1997. It inherits good point such as capability of high speed calculation of DSP chip and can fulfill real_time control of current.    The target of study is a Direct Torque Control system which is consisted of TMS320F240 chip as its core. The composition of the thesis is as follows:
Firstly two theoretical basis of Direct Torque Control technique are researched----Field Acceleration Method(FAM) and instantaneous space vector theory. Based on these concepts the principle of DTC system is investigated deeply and its validity is verifed.
Secondly, the composing and speciality of TMS320F240 chip which is a new kind of DSP chip orienting motor control is discussed deeply. The characteristic of interrupt system on TMS320F240 chip and issues that should be noticed are emphasized.
    The thesis presents the design and implement of a DSP development tool for TMS320F240 chip, which is based on windows 98 user interface. The development tool requires little periphery circuit and its graphic interface is perfect. The real application shows that the efficiency of making DSP program is greatly improved. It also establishes elementary basis for amelioration and perfection in future.
Coming up next is the hardware and software structure for implementing a DTC system which is consisted of TMS320F240 chip as its core. The design for control circuit and handling method for variable in software programming are discussed in detail. A series of experiments are carried on and the results are analysed.
In the end, the problems in the DTC system are pointed out and suggestions for future study are advised.1110
