Monitoring system combining PLC with Kingview for H2S concentration ABSTRACT
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a kind of automatic control equipment which is widely used in the industrial manufacture. It merges the traditional control technology, computer and communication technologies with a strong ability to control, flexible operation, high reliability and suitable for long-term characteristics of continuous work. It is very suitable for temperature control requirements.
In the industrial field, with the rapid increase in the degree of automation, it is more and more important to monitor the process of control system for the users. The emergence of human-machine interface meets the needs of users. Human-machine interface can comprehensively monitor the control system, including process monitoring, alarm, data logging and other functions, so that the control systems have become user-friendly operation, the process of visualization and it will play more and more important part in the field of automatic control.
This essay mainly introduces a design of monitoring system combining Rockwell programmable logic controller (PLC) and configuration software Kingview which is developed by Beijing Yakong Company. When programming, we use the RSLogix5000 software operates to the H2S Controller. In order to monitor the control system and process data in actual time, we designed Human Machine Interface(HMI)with the configuration software Kingview. The result of experiment proves that this monitoring system could run quickly, accurately and have good stability, which is the advantage of the monitoring system. This monitoring system has been widely used in the industrial concentration monitoring field.

摘 要可编程控制器是一种应用很广泛的自动控制装置,它将传统的继电器控制技术、计算机技术和通讯技术融为一体,具有控制能力强、操作灵活方便、可靠性高、适宜长期连续工作的特点,非常适合浓度监测的要求。
在工业领域,随着自动化程度的迅速提高,用户对控制系统的过程监控要求越来越高,人机界面的出现正好满足了用户这一需求。人机界面可以对控制系统进行全面监控,包括过程监测、报警提示、数据记录等功能,从而使控制系统变得操作人性化、过程可视化,在自动控制领域的作用日益显著。
本文主要介绍了基于罗克韦尔公司Control Logix系列的可编程控制器和亚控公司的组态软件组态王的浓度控制系统的设计方案。编程时只需运用RSLogix5000编程软件对H2S控制器进行配置。利用组态软件组态王设计人机界面,实现监测系统的实时监控、数据的实时采集与处理。实验证明,此系统具有快、准、稳等优点,在气体浓度控制领域能够广泛应用。毕业论文

可编程逻辑控制器是一种工业控制计算机,简称PLC(Programmable Logic Controller),它使用了可编程序的记忆以存储指令,用来执行诸如逻辑、顺序、计时、计数和演算等功能,并通过数字或模拟的输入和输出,以控制各种机械或生产过程。
2.1 可编程控制器基础
2.1.1 可编程控制器的产生和应用
20世纪60年代,计算机技术开始应用于工业领域,由于价格高、输入电路不匹配、编程难度大以及难于适应恶劣工业环境等原因,未能在工业控制领域获得推广。1968年,美国通用汽车公司(GM)为了适应生产工艺不断更新的需要,要求寻找一种比继电器更可靠、功能更齐全、响应速度更快的新型工业控制器,并从用户角度提出了新一代控制器应具备的十大条件,立即引发了开发热潮。
1969年美国数字设备公司(DEC)根据美国通用汽车公司的这种要求,研制成功了世界上第一台可编程控制器,并在通用汽车公司的自动装配线上试用,取得很好的效果。从此这项技术迅速发展起来。
随着PLC功能的不断完善,性价比的不断提高,PLC的应用面也越来越广。目前,PLC在国内外已经广泛应用于钢铁、石油、化工、电力、建材、机械制造、汽车、轻纺、交通运输、环保及文化娱乐等各个行业。PLC的应用范围通常可分为开关逻辑控制、运动控制、过程控制、机械加工中的数字控制、机器人控制、通信和联网等[2]。
2.1.2 可编程控制器的组成和工作原理
PLC从组成形式上一般分为整体式和模块式两种,但在逻辑结构上基本相同。无论是整体式还是模块式,从硬件结构看,PLC都是由CPU、存储器、I/O接口单元及扩展接口和扩展部件、外设接口及外设和电源等部分组成,各部分之间通过系统总线连接。PLC的基本结构如图2-1所示:
