论文摘要改革开放以来国家经济快速发展，随之而来的环境问题也逐渐暴露出来。在国家“十二五规划”制定执行之际，珠海市环保局按照广东省有关污染物排放总量控制的有关规定，委托北京理工大学珠海学院研究开发配合珠海市“十二五”主要污染物总量控制规划的总量控制管理信息系统。
珠海市污染物总量控制管理信息系统减排项目管理子系统，是一个用于对珠海市减排项目实现信息化管理的信息管理系统。它的主要功能是管理珠海市所有的减排项目数据，实现对减排项目信息的动态监测和展示。
