摘 要:商业地产是近年来的投资热点,购物中心作为商业地产的一种形式也备受关注。针对目前购物中
心选址缺少研究的情况,建立了综合评价指标体系。单层模糊综合评价的应用具有局限性,为了适应构建

Abstract: Commercial real estate becomes an investing hotspot in recent years. The shopping mall is paid attention to as
one of the forms. The comprehensive evaluation index system was established for the location. The application of single
level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has limitation. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and multi-level fuzzy
comprehensive evaluation were mixed for the index system. The results show better effect through the case study.

0 引言
购物中心是商业地产一种分类,选址作为整个项目运作第一步,发挥着至关重要的作用。现在国内
商业地产选址的状况是,实践远远超前于理论,大大增加了风险[1]。因此,建立一套有效的购物中心选
址指标体系,并运用现代决策理论对其进行研究是非常必要的。
