摘要
目前市场经济发展迅速，现代企业建立一套比较完善的财务分析体系至关重要。本文以青岛海信电器为例，通过该公司2007年~2009年的财务报告资料进行理论和计算分析，建立以会计报表分析、财务指标分析以及以杜邦综合分析发展而成的帕利普财务综合分析法为核心的财务分析体系。通过分析结果得出海信电器资金运用效率不高、投资渠道和方式单一以及经营风险大等财务分析结果，并针对海信电器现有财务状况提出财务管理建议，预测海信电器未来发展。

ABSTRACT
As present market economy grows rapidly, it is crucial for modern enterprise to establish a set of a more or less sound financial analysis system. Take Qingdao Hisense Electric for example, according to the theoretical and computational analysis to the financial reporting information 2007 to 2009, financial analysis system was set up with the core of the accounting statement analysis、financial index analysis and Pali Pu Comprehensive Financial Analysis which is evolved out of DuPont Comprehensive Financial. On this basis, compared with Changhong Electric, we can draw the conclusion that Hisense Electric is much better in asset efficiency and profitability than the former, meanwhile, operating risk is much bigger. Furthermore, suggestions with regard to financial management should be put forward in connection with the present financial situation of Hisense Electric.
