FireSystem Design of a Hire Rise Building
Abstract: This design is the design of a large hotel. All parts of my design use the legislations of the country. The design include: Graphic design of the total fire, smoke control design, safety evacuation design, interior fire protection, automatic fire alarm and system design, automatic sprinkler system and fire hydrant system and fire extinguishers configuration design. For the above reason, the fire evacuation time is checked reasonability for its accuracy and rationality. According to the design content, doing some analysis of economics to the hotel .I got some knowledge of the fire economics. By a series of validation calculations, I proved the fire protection is important to the benefit of the hotel. Proved that the fire will not only reduce investment in hotel fire losses (impairment benefits), while also greatly benefit for the hotel upgrade (add value).
This design expound the characteristics of a high-level large hotel and make fire protection design combine with "high-rise buildings for standards building fire protection design", the main contents include: distinction between large hotel and ordinary buildings; large hotel total fire plane design; grade and refractory construction Fire-resistant design; large hotel fire district design; large hotel safe evacuation design; large hotel smoke control design; large hotel construction of fire fighting equipment design.
High-level architectural features of the hotel is high, high volume big, complex internal functions, personnel dense, decorate luxurious, more than once.At the same time interior of the mechanical and electrical system is very complex. Because the central air-conditioning set, big air duct many, this fire and smoke to the pipeline spread provided a condition.So once fire, will bring great difficulties to remedy for life and property caused great damage.Our country "high rules" in the general explicitly pointed out that, in high-rise building the characteristics of fire, should be based on the defense save his life. For top hotel, in fire fighting design should be more highly, based on the principle of save in mind.In the design have to make use of the reliable fire prevention measures, do it is safe, advanced technology, reasonable economy.I think in the design, the most important is to should be careful study of the hotel building, senior function and decorate characteristics, careful consideration to each aspect, and strictly carry out the current all kinds of specifications, such ability make top hotel fire protection design.
The important task of fire is to reduce as far as possible in the fire caused casualties and property losses. Because of the high-rise building hot wind pressure of existence and high building fire HuoFeng pressure of generation, lead to high temperature fire smoke along various types of channel, such as corridor, stair, elevator well, conduit well, DianLanJing and garbage well channel, since the fire to the upper layer space spread.
