新媒体时代报纸编辑的角色定位与能力结构分析 摘 要:面对日新月异的技术环境、现代传媒业的激烈竞争和互联网等新媒体的快速发展,传统报纸媒体面临严峻的生存与发展挑战。传统的报纸编辑理念、报纸编辑的角色定位和能力要求,在新媒体时代已有诸多不适应。本文结合信息经纪人、多媒体主持人等新视角对新媒体时代的报纸编辑角色进行重新定位,并根据新型角色定位对于编辑能力的要求,分析和总结了新媒体时代报纸编辑应具备的五大能力,如新闻组织策划能力、信息整合能力、新闻深度挖掘能力、多媒体的综合运用能力等.

On the Role Definition and Capability Analysis of Newspaper Editors in New Media Time
Abstract: In the face of the ever-changing technical environment, the fierce competition of the modern media industry and the rapid development of the new media, like Internet, the traditional newspaper media are facing the severe challenges to the survival and development. Besides, traditional concepts of newspaper editors, newspaper editors’ role definition and their capacity requirements have many unfitness in the era of new media. Combined with the new perspectives such as information broker, multimedia host, this paper has a relocation on the newspaper editor roles in new media age. And according to the requirement of the new roles for editing capabilities, it analyzes and summarizes the five capabilities which the newspaper editors should have in the new media age. Such as news organization and detailedness capability, information technology capability, news deep mining capacity, comprehensive application of multimedia capability and so on.
