中小企业ERP人力资源管理系统的分析与应用 摘要:当前，中小企业在我国的国民经济中已经发挥着越来越重要的作用，是我国国民经济的重要组成部分。如何在供需价值链中找准自己的最佳定位，如何提高企业自身和虚拟产业链的核心竞争力，将足现代企业竞争的主题。这就要求ERP要不断突破自身的局限性，以适应新形势下加强企业管理，提高企业运营效率，增强企业竞争力的需要。然而人力资源的管理又是每个企业必不可少的一个环节,一个好的企业一定有一套完善的人力资源管理系统,我国中小型企业目前正在不断的开始使用ERP系统来进行企业的管理,如何使本身企业的ERP系统在企业内部人事管理方面更加完备正是当前中小企业的重中之重。

Abstract: At present, small and medium-sized enterprises in China's national economy has been playing an increasingly important role, is the our country national economy the important component. This requires the ERP to continue to break through the limitations of itself, in order to adapt to the new situation, strengthening enterprise management, improve enterprise operational efficiency, improve the competitiveness of enterprises. However, human resource management is essential to every enterprise a link, a good business must have a sound human resources management system, China's small and medium enterprises are constantly to start using the ERP system for enterprise management, how to make itself the ERP system of the enterprise in the enterprise personnel management more perfect it is the small and medium enterprises priority among priorities.
