中学教学楼建筑与结构设计+CAD图纸+混凝土框架结构 摘要
本次论文的题目为上海恒丰中学南教学楼建筑与结构设计。该建筑在闸北区是位于上海火车站附近的长安路295号。该楼的主要功能是教学楼,供学生上课老师在里面办公的大楼。建筑物离市中心也非常近,这就对交通带来了很大的方便。该建筑是6层的混凝土框架结构,每层的层高均为3.6m。建筑结构安全等级为二级,设计基准期为50年,基础设计等级为乙级。本工程场地土为Ⅳ类场地土,抗震设防烈度为7度,设计基本地震加速度值为0.10g,设计地震分组为第一组。基本风压为w0 =0.55 KN/㎡。
在设计的过程当中主要是建筑图的设计规划,以及对于结构施工图的理解和设计。建筑图的平面立面和剖面以及楼梯剖面是最能够直观表现出建筑的大致的情况和布局的。平面图要求布局安全合理,便于人流的疏通和空间的有效利用,还有就是要有良好的采光功能和通风情况,立面就是要简洁美观大气。在结构设计的这一部分就要综合地运用好大学里面学过的这些知识来解决问题。首先就是要建模调模型,把模型调到最好的状态接下来的工作就会更加顺利。梁板柱的配筋是结构设计的主要部分,楼板和楼梯的内力以及配筋要通过自己扎实的基本功来手算。总的来说,这次毕业设计使得我对于大学4年所学过的知识能够有一个很好的梳理和掌握,再通过老师的答疑解惑我更加是受益匪浅。

Abstract
The topic of the paper is the Shanghai Hengfeng Middle School South teaching building architectural and structural design. The building is located near the Shanghai Railway Station in Zhabei District Chang'an Road 295. the main function of the school buildings, for the class, the students teacher inside the office building. It is also very close to the building from the city center, which brings a lot of convenience traffic. The building is a 6-storey concrete frame structure, each floor of the storey are 3.6 m. Structural safety level for two design reference period of 50 years, the basic design level to Category B. The project site soil for the IV class venue soil, seismic intensity of 7 degrees, the basic design earthquake acceleration value of 0.10g design earthquake are grouped into the first group. The basic wind pressure w0 = 0.55 KN/㎡.
Which are mainly in the design process of the design and planning of the building plans, as well as for the understanding and design of the construction drawing. Building plans in the plane of the facade and the cross-section as well as the staircase profile is most able to visually show roughly the situation and layout of the building. The plan requires safe and reasonable layout, the dredge and efficient use of space to facilitate the flow of people, there is the need for good lighting function and ventilation, the facade is to simple and beautiful atmosphere. In this part of the structural design should make good use of the University of learned inside knowledge to solve the problem. The first is to be modeled adjusted model, the model will be more smoothly transferred to the next best. Flat slab column reinforcement is the main part of the structural design of the internal forces as well as the reinforcement of the floor and the stairs of solid basic skills through their own hands to count. Overall, the graduation design allows me to have a well groomed and mastered University 4 years knowledge, the teacher answering doubts more benefit.
