胶原蛋白在发用化妆品中的应用 摘要：近年来，随着胶原蛋白提取加工技术的进步，对其性质、结构和功能等方面的研究不断深入，胶原蛋白正在成为医学、保健食品、化妆品等领域的研究热点。本课题以动物水解胶原蛋白为主要研究对象，通过设计调理珠光香波的基础配方，考察其含有1%，2%，3%，4%，5%水解胶原蛋白时的粘度、pH值、稳定性等指标，同时进行了志愿者试用调查对其各项使用感受进行了考察。结果表明，本文设计的含胶原蛋白的调理珠光香波的粘度为7367-8633cP，pH值为6.12；胶原蛋白的添加量为0-2.0%为宜；其对体系具有降粘的作用，对于体系的pH无影响，在-5℃、25℃、45℃及-18~45℃循环条件下，为期4周的热稳定性考察均通过，体系外观无明显变化。

Collagen in the application of hair cosmetics
Abstract：In recent years, with the collagen extraction processing technology, its nature, structure and function, and so further studies, collagen is a medical, health food, cosmetics and other areas of research focus. The topics to hydrolyzed animal collagen as the main object, through the design of the foundation conditioning pearly shampoo formulations investigated containing 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5% hydrolyzed collagen, the viscosity, pH, stability, other indicators, also carried out its investigation of the use of volunteer probation feelings were studied. The results show that the proposed design of the conditioning of collagen-containing pearlescent shampoo viscosity of 7367-8633cP, pH value of 6.12; collagen dosage 0-2.0% is appropriate; their system has a viscosity effect, for the system pH had no effect at -5 ℃, 25 ℃, 45 ℃ and -18 ~ 45 ℃ cycling conditions, the thermal stability of a period of four weeks have passed inspection, no significant changes in the appearance system.
