脉冲电沉积Ni-Mo-MoSi2复合镀层制备工艺的研究

脉冲电沉积Ni-Mo-MoSi2复合镀层制备工艺的研究 摘要:采用机械搅拌器的脉冲电沉积法在镍基高温合金上制备了Ni-Mo-MoSi2复合镀层,考察了表面活性剂浓度、pH值、温度、转速、电流强度、频率、占空比、电镀时间、MoSi2微粒浓度对复合镀层硬度的影响。并分别采用扫描电镜(SEM)、电子能谱仪(EDX),X-射线衍射仪(XRD)及摩擦磨损仪分析了复合镀层的微观形貌、成分、结构和耐磨性能。得到以下结论:制备Ni-Mo-MoSi2复合镀层的最佳工艺条件是PEG6000浓度为0.2g/L,pH值为8.9,温度为40℃,转速为275r/min,电流强度为0.74A,频率为5000Hz,占空比为1/2,电镀时间为20min,MoSi2浓度为8g/L。在此工艺条件下Ni-Mo-MoSi2复合镀层硬度为779.8HV,MoSi2含量为4.3%。能谱结果表明镀层中含有Ni,Mo,Si,说明制备的镀层为Ni-Mo-MoSi2复合镀层。Ni-Mo-MoSi2复合镀层中Mo元素含量为22.89%。X衍射结果表明Ni-Mo-MoSi2复合镀层为晶态结构。摩擦磨损实验结果表明Ni-Mo-MoSi2复合镀层的耐磨性优于Ni-Mo合金镀层,与Ni-Mo合金镀层相比其磨损量下降了33.96%。扫描电镜结果表明Ni-Mo-MoSi2复合镀层表面分布着复合粒子,Ni-Mo-MoSi2复合镀层表面颗粒比Ni-Mo合金镀层表面颗粒更细。

目前有关应用电沉积法制备Ni-Mo-MoSi2复合镀层的文献还未见报道。

Study on pulse Electrodeposition and Property of Ni-Mo-MoSi2 Composite Coating
Abstract : In this paper, Ni-Mo-MoSi2 composite coatings were prepared as the bond coating by pulse plating method. The effects of different concentration of surfactant、pH value 、temperature、 stir speed 、current density、frequency、 duty-cycle ,plating time, concentration of MoSi2 on the property of composite coatings were studied, and the optimal operating conditions were found . The morphology surface, compositions and structure, wear resistance of composite plating were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Energy Disperse X-ray detectors (EDX), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Friction and wear Tester. From the research, the optimal operating conditions: PEG6000 is 0.2g/L ,pH value is 8.9、temperature is 40℃、 stir speed is 275r/min、current density is 0.74A、frequency is 5000Hz、 duty-cycle is 1/2, plating time is 20 mins, concentration of MoSi2 is 8g/L, The maximum hardness and MoSi2 content of Ni-Mo-MoSi2 are 779.8HV and 4.3% respectively. SEM shows that the surface of the Ni-Mo-MoSi2 composite coatings filled with many particles which are made up of Ni,Mo,MoSi2. The particles on the surface of the Ni-Mo-MoSi2 composite coatings are finer than Ni-Mo alloy coatings.EDX shows coatings are composed of Ni,Mo,Si, which illustrates that the coatings are Ni-Mo-MoSi2 composite coatings. The Mo content in the Ni-Mo-MoSi2 composite coatings is 22.89% respectively.XRD indicates that Ni-Mo-MoSi2 composite coatings is crystalline, frictional wear shows that Wear resistance of Ni-Mo-MoSi2 were better than Ni-Mo coatings, The wear weight loss of Ni-Mo-MoSi2 coatings were lower than Ni-Mo coatings
