Φ301.5mm310冷轧不锈钢管工艺设计+CAD图纸 不锈钢管是一种经济断面钢材,是钢铁工业中的一项重要产品。本次设计采用的原材料为310不锈钢,310不锈钢是一种奥氏体不锈钢,国内牌号为0Cr25Ni20,又称2520钢。
本次设计的目的是将一段Φ90mm的不锈钢棒通过热轧、冷拔、冷轧等工艺加工成若干根长度为6m的钢管。
在整个设计过程中,简单介绍了冷轧不锈钢国内外生产的情况以及技术的进展,接着列出了车间中的主要设备并对其进行了说明。车间中的主要设备包括:加热炉、穿孔机、轧管机、微张力减径机、矫直机、冷拔机、冷轧机、热处理炉以及配套的附属设备。并且根据这些生产设备,完成了对车间平面图的绘制。
工艺流程是整个工艺设计的主体部分,主要包括有管坯穿孔、毛管轧制、钢管定减径、冷拔和冷轧这五个变形过程。针对这五个变形过程,分别从变形制度、速度制度、温度制度对其进行了工艺制度的制定,并完成了轧制表、节奏表的编写。之后,根据现有设备,对工模具及孔型进行了设计,包括有穿孔机、轧管机、微张力减径机、拔管模以及轧管机。本文来自辣/文\论"文|网,毕业论文 www.751com.cn

在整个的设计过程中,遇到了许多困难与问题,并一一给予解决。主要问题如下:
(1) 钢管坯料长度的确定。钢管坯料的长度是根据各中间产品的尺寸、加工过程中所产生的金属消耗以及最后的成品规格要求确定出来的。应该尽量减少加工余料,降低不必要的浪费和能耗。
(2) 工艺制度的制定。各加工变形过程的变形制度、速度制度、温度制度必须相互配套,尽量做到科学合理的工艺制度制定。
(3) 固溶处理。对奥氏体不锈钢来说,具有双相组织的不如具有单相组织的塑性好。在常温下为获得单一的奥氏体组织,以增强抗蚀能力,减弱晶间腐蚀倾向和破坏致密的表面氧化铁皮,这种钢管在进行冷加工前应进行固溶处理。故在进行工艺设计时,在钢管完成热加工后需要移送至水槽进行水淬,使之成为单一组织。

Design description
The design title is Φ 30*1.5mm 310 Cold-Rolled Stainless Steel Tube Process Design.
Stainless steel pipe is a kind of economic section steel, and is one of the most important products in the steel industry. Raw materials used in the design of 310 stainless steel, 310 stainless steel, is a kind of austenitic stainless steel, 0Cr25Ni20, also called the 2520 steel.
The purpose of this design was to make a reasonable process procedure and its thchnological conditions of O.D.90mm stainless steel by hot rolling, cold drawing and cold-rolled processing into a number of ordered length of 6m steel pipe.
In the whole process of design, the progress as well as the technology in producing cold-rolled stainless steel used in both at home and abroad was introduced, the main equipment in the workshop was listed and introduced. The main equipment in the workshop include: heating furnace, punch, rolling machine, micro tension reducing mill, straightening machine, drawing machine, rolling machine, heat treatment furnace and associated ancillary equipment. According to the production equipment, complete the drawing of workshop layout.
Process design is the main part of the process design, including perforation, capillary tube billet rolling, steel tube reducing, cold drawing and cold rolling. Respectively from the process of the five deformation, deformation, speed and temperature system of three aspects develop process, and complete the table of rolling, rhythm and form of writing. According to the existing equipment, designed tools and groove, including punching machine, rolling machine, micro tension reducing mill, the pipe die and the mill.
Then, by calculating each parameter for the force deformation process can nip and motor ability respectively, to ensure the rationality of the design. Finally, calculated the yield of steel tube.
Throughout the design process, I encountered many difficulties and problems. With the help of the teacher, these problems are solved. The main problems are as follows:
(1) Determine the length of the billet. The length of the billet is based on the size of the intermediate product, produced in the manufacturing process of metal consumption as well as the requirement of the finished product specifications. After processing the remaining material should be minimized.
(2) The formulation of process system. Deformation, velocity, temperature system must be matched. Process design scientific and reasonable as possible
(3) Solid solution processing. For austenitic stainless steel with duplex organization is inferior to single-phase organization of plasticity. At room temperature to obtain a single austenitic organization, should be done before this kind of steel pipe in cold solid solution treatment, to enhance ability to resist corrosion, intergranular corrosion weakened tend to be dense and destroy the surface oxidation of iron. So when making process design, in steel after hot working need to transferred to water tank for water quenching, as a single organization.
