激励机制与人力资源开发
摘要激励是整个人力资源管理系统中一个核心问题,企业激励机制的好坏,直接影响员工的工作态度和积极性,影响企业的生产和销售,从而影响企业的生存和发展,有效的激励机制是保证民营企业实现健康发展的必要条件。在市场竞争越演越激烈的情况下,民营企业想要在这场竞争中取得优势,必须要正视自身在管理上的弊端,重视完善激励机制的重要性和必要性。
本文以世联家私有限公司为例,针对该企业的激励机制现状,对其在激励机制上存在的问题进行分析研究,结合该企业的实际情况,分别从激励意识、报酬体系和绩效评估三个方面提出解决问题的措施。提高管理者的激励意识,完善报酬体系,并结合运用科学合理的绩效评估方法使激励机制在企业管理中发挥最大的效用,充分激发员工的工作热情和积极性,发挥员工的才能,促使员工主动关心企业的发展,为企业的发展作出贡献,从而使民营企业向良性方向发展。关键词:激励,激励意识,报酬体系,绩效评估

Motivation is the core issue in entire human resources management system. Enterprise’s incentive mechanism is good or bad, directly affect the work of the staff attitude and positive.It will impact on the production and sales so as to affect the survival and development in the enterprise. Effectual incentive mechanism is to ensure that private enterprises healthy development of the necessary conditions. The market faced fierce competition circumstances. If the private enterprises wants to obtain advantage in this competition, must face up to their own shortcomings on management.It is importance and necessity for attach importance to perfect the incentive mechanism.
In this paper, the Shilian furniture Limited as an example, Specifically for the enterprise incentive mechanism situation, analyze its problems in the incentive mechanism. In conjunction with the actual situation of the enterprises, from motivation consciousness, remuneration and performance evaluation system proposed three measures to solve the problem.
