新媒体环境下政府如何做好突发事件的信息发布 摘 要:近年来,我国突发事件明显呈上升趋势,随着新媒体的快速发展和普及,新媒体环境下社会舆论快速升温,然而当前政府在突发事件的信息发布与管理当中却仍主要遵循旧有模式,最终使得突发事件的负面效果被进一步扩大,政府自身也承受着巨大的社会压力。因此,新媒体环境下政府如何做好突发事件的信息显得尤为重要。本文描述了近年来新媒体在我国突发事件的信息传播中所表现出的优势,包括信息传播速度不断加快;公众参与丰富信息量等。进而分析新媒体环境下政府在突发事件中信息发布的不足,包括单向度发布,应对不及时,信息发布透明度低等。为了解决此问题,本文从传播学、社会心理学角度出发结合实例,为“政府如何运用新媒体做好突发事件的信息发布”提出针对性建议,以期提高新媒体环境下政府在突发事件中的信息发布能力。

the new media environment
Abstract: In recent years, China's emergency rise significantly, with the rapid development and popularity of new media, new media environment of public opinion rapid heating up, the current government in the emergency information release and management is still mainly follow the old pattern, eventually making contingency is to further expand the negative effect, the government itself is under a lot of social pressure. Therefore, the government how to deal with the emergency information is particularly important under the new media environment. This article describes the advantages of new media in the dissemination in our country in recent years, including improving the speed of the emergency information transmission and increasing the amount of information with the public participation, etc. And the lack of government in the dissemination of information in emergency under the new media environment. Including one-way degree distribution, not timely, low information transparency. In order to solve this problem, from the perspective of communication, social psychology, this article put forward recommendations for "the government how to use new media to do emergency information release" with some examples, so as to improve the ability of government information release in the emergency under the new media environment.
