社会主义广告道德建设的研究+存在的问题+原因分析 摘 要：近些年，广告市场日益活跃，广告在促进需求、引导消费方面是功不可没的。可是目前，某些广告商为了追求利益最大，片面强调消费和物欲享受，使不良广告泛滥，这些现象说明我国广告道德建设存在严重问题。通过查阅相关文献资料，分析典型案例，发现广告道德建设存在的主要问题有：广告道德规范未完善，社会舆论机制未形成，广告的调节功能不足等。产生这些问题的原因是：广告道德规范制定的不规范，政府的不够重视和对不良广告的处罚力度不够导致的，从而提出广开言路收集各方意见、政府应加强在公益广告方面的建设和加大对不良广告的打击力度等解决办法。为的是让我们这个“无烟的工业”更加纯洁，能够在社会主义文明建设中站好自己的位置，健康发展，从而更好的服务社会、造福人类。

Research on Socialist Advertising Ethical Construction
Abstract: In recent years, advertising is becoming more and more active. Ads have made undeniable contributions to boost demand and guide consumption. But some advertisers want to maximize the benefits and emphasize materialistic enjoyment. So the advertising ethical problems emerge a lot. The author analyzes some cases that violate advertising ethics. On the basis of previous cases, the paper analyzes the problems that exist in the advertising ethical construction: weak ethics codes, inchoate mechanism of public opinions, insufficient regulatory functions. It points out the problems are caused by advertising ethical construction itself and neglect from the government. So providing wide opportunities for airing views is quite a good idea. At the same time, the government should strengthen the construction of public service advertising and pursue efforts to crack down bad advertising. If this "smokeless industry" is more pure, it will stand its right position in the construction of socialist civilization and serve for the benefit of human beings and society.
