大学生就业的金融支持研究+问题对策 摘要：近些年来, 随着高校的不断扩招, 大学毕业生的数量不断增加, 就业的压力也不断增大。如何破解大学生就业难题, 已经成为社会各界讨论的焦点。从金融支持角度来探讨解决大学生就业之道,已成为各国解决其问题的共识。本文研究了大学生就业的金融支持方面的问题，主要有现行的金融优惠政策层次比较低、现行财税优惠政策结构不合理、现行的金融政策落实状况不佳等。并且从政府、高校、企业三个方面提出了解决对策，其中政府作用尤为关键，只有制定落实好各项政策措施，才能保障大学生的有序就业；高校要加强指导工作，使大学生在校期间能得到更好的理论经验；企业也是大学生就业金融支持系统的一个重要部分，妥善处理企业与大学生之间的关系，增加大学毕业生的工作机会。

The Research on financial support about the employment of College Students
Abstract: In recent years, with the continuous enrollment, the number of university graduates is increasing, also increases the pressure of employment. How to solve the problem of college students employment, has become the focus of discussion in the community. From the perspective of financial support to solve employment of college students, has become the consensus problem solving. This paper studies the problem of financial support in the areas of employment, mainly financial preferential policy level is relatively low, the existing tax preferential policy structure is not reasonable, the current financial policy implementation condition etc. And put forward the countermeasures from three aspects of government, universities, enterprises, of which the role of government is the key, only to develop and implement policies and measures to ensure orderly, employment of college students; the university should strengthen the guidance work, can get better theoretical experience during college students; an important part of enterprise's financial support system of employment of college students, properly handle the relationship between the enterprise and college students, university graduates increased job opportunities.
